4. Contact Form Storage and Email Delivery
OpCord uses WordPress contact-form functionality.
Contact-form submissions may:
- Be stored within the WordPress website using Flamingo for enquiry management and record-keeping; and
- Be transmitted to authorised OpCord recipients through Google Workspace email.
This means the information you submit may be processed by the website-hosting provider, WordPress plugins used for the form, and Google Workspace as part of delivering and storing the communication.
Access to submissions is limited to authorised persons who require the information to respond to the enquiry or perform related business activities.
5. Website Hosting
The OpCord website is hosted using GoDaddy infrastructure. Information processed through the website may therefore be stored or processed on systems managed by GoDaddy or its authorised infrastructure and service providers.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country from which you access the website. OpCord takes reasonable steps to use service providers with appropriate security and data-protection practices.
6. How We Share Information
We may share personal information only when reasonably necessary with:
- Authorised OpCord employees, consultants, trainers or associates
- GoDaddy, for website hosting and related infrastructure
- Google Workspace, for email delivery and business communication
- WordPress plugin providers involved in operating, securing or maintaining the website
- Professional advisers, accountants, auditors, insurers or legal advisers
- Government, regulatory, law-enforcement, judicial or other authorised bodies when disclosure is required by law
We do not permit service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes.

Contact-form submissions and related correspondence are ordinarily retained for up to 24 months from the date of the last meaningful communication.
Information may be retained for a longer period when:
- It becomes part of an active customer, training, contractual, recruitment, accounting or legal record

- It is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim
- A legitimate business requirement applies
When information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or anonymise it.
8. Analytics and Tracking
As of the last updated date of this Privacy Policy, Google Analytics and visitor analytics are enabled on opcord.com.
Google Analytics may collect information such as the pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, session duration and interactions with the website. This information helps us understand website usage and improve our services and content.
OpCord does not currently use website information for behavioural advertising or cross-site marketing tracking. Where required, visitors will be given an appropriate consent choice before non-essential analytics cookies are placed.
