Engagement Model
We understand needs, challenges, issues, pain areas and improvement areas of our partners and assist them in achieving desired results. We value our relationship with partners and to achieve desired results, we engage with them primarily in three ways:
1. Learning Enhancement Services (LES)
2. Value Enhancement Services (VES)
3. Frameworks Institutionalization Services (FIS)
Another way of engagement is to have combination's of above 3 engagement types, like, we may recommend a mix of LES and VES to realize cost savings or more profits after carefully studying our partner's needs.
