Dr. Rathi Dasgapta

Rathi is a technology professional with 20 years of experience in Engineering, Engineering Management and Technology Outsourcing for Fortune 50 and Fortune 250 multinational corporations. He has delivered large scale outsourcing projects and specializes in Enterprise Architecture, Web Commerce, Retail and Telecom industries. Rathi led offshore centres as Engineering Leader for corporations such as TCG- George Soros group, Coopers & Lybrand, Sharp Lab, SUN Microsystems, Target Corporation and Intec Telecom Systems. He has also worked in leadership positions at Xansa, Cambridge Technology Partners, Wipro, First Apex, and i2 Technologies.

His Specialization includes device drivers, parsers, open source, web commerce and internet infrastructure. He has several publications and research papers on Outsourcing and Offshoring and chaired international conferences. He studied at graduate studies level at RPI, NY and at Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, India and started his career as a research scientist in department of atomic energy. Dr R Gopinath, Ph.D. (IIT, Chennai)

Dr. R. Gopinath is a senior professional with 18+ years. His area of expertise is primarily in the area of Software Quality Management and Consulting, backed up by strong technical research background and additional hands-on work in diverse areas like Software development, Project Management, Customer Support, R&D and Technical Sales however Training is his passion. Having served as Head of Quality, he has extensive experience in setting up quality Management function from scratch, institutionalizing a metrics based management culture, process consulting, delivering process trainings and workshops and conducting Internal Quality Audits. In his successfully led several software process improvement initiatives culminating in attainment of high maturity levels (Level 4 & 5) in SW-CMM/CMMI and ISO 9001 Certifications. He is also a SCAMPI-B assesor for CMMI. He has published papers in International Journals and presented papers in conferences.

He worked with multi-national companies like Freescale Semicondutor, HP GlobalSoft (formerly Digital GlobalSoft), Intergraph Consulting and TVS Motor Company. Dr. Gopinath is a Ph.D and M.Tech (Mech.) from IIT Madras and B.E.(Mech.) from, NITK Surathkal. He is member of Toastmasters International and is at the threshold of getting a Competent Communicator award from this organization. Subodh Patil

Subodh has total 14 years of Industry experience, out of which 10 years of experience of co-founding / running three start-up / small sized companies. He started his career with Infosys and after working for few years, he co-founded Poseidon Technologies in the area of reconfigurable computing products for electronic systems design industry. Subodh took charge as Director - Technology. He was instrumental in growing Poseidon’s technical team to 25 people within short span of time. In 2003, Subodh co-founded Poseidon Design Systems (Head quartered in Atlanta, USA) in the area of Electronic System Level Design (ESLD) products. He was Director of Business Development for India and was instrumental in setting up Support Group as well as Services group in Poseidon Design Systems.

Subodh founded Brisa Technologies in year 2009 to cater Services in the area of embedded systems software. In a span of two years, Brisa has key Fortune 500 companies as its clients. Subodh is a B.E in electronics and telecommunication. He is also an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB).
