This 2 days course enables organizations to become Agile and provides detailed understanding on Agile principles, values, various Agile methodologies etc. It also provides guidelines on the how to implement/deploy Agile practices and overcome existing cultural barriers, if any.

  • Agile project tracking and agile metrics (1 hour)
Day 2

Agility with Scrum (3.5 hours)

  • Scrum life cycle
  • Self-organizing team roles and responsibilities
  • Sprint planning meeting, Daily stand up meeting
  • Sprint demo and retrospective
  • Role play: Agile roles

Overview of other Agile methodologies – Crystal, UP, TDD, Evo (30 min)

Agility in Indian Context (2 hours)

  • Challenges for Agile adoption in Indian context
  • Specific Customizations in Indian context
  • Comparison with other industry frameworks, like, CMMi v1.2, ISO, Lean etc (30 min)
  • Quick recap and take away practices (15 min)
  • Discussion on the way to implement practices in your organization (1 hour)
